A gourmet salad made easily and effortlessly
The short and busy Fridays of the winter made me almost give up the most favorite salad on the table until I found the ultimate solution from cooking canned tomatoes without effort and of course without giving up the taste and quality!!!
Get ready to indulge yourself with a Matubuha salad that whets your appetite with minimal effort and maximum flavor.
Preparation
Pour some of the tomato sauce into the sink
Pour the tomatoes and the remaining sauce into a small pot and cook until boiling
As soon as it boils, transfer the pot to the lowest heat and lower the flame
Let the tomatoes cook with the lid open for about two hours
Stir every 15 minutes so it doesn't stick to the pot
I like to fry the hot peppers and the gamba
After two hours the tomatoes have already cooked and shrunk and the water is almost gone
Increase the flame and add the oil, crushed garlic, paprika, sugar and salt while mixing
Stir for another 2-3 minutes on the high flame
And the kitchen is ready..
